優先順位について考えるときには、やらなかったらどうなるか、を考えること。

ＴＯＤＯリストでは可能な限り細分化すること。一番いやなことから先に始める。

頭は仕事のために使うべき。スケジュール管理ややるべきことのリストなどは、頭に留めずにどこかで管理しておく。

感謝状はとても大切。

先延ばしするときには何らかの心理的要因がある。それを直視すること。また、前倒しの締切を設けることで、かなり楽になる。

汚いことを自分が率先してやること。

メールを読んでいたらそれは休暇じゃない。

時間を買えるものには金をかける。
